Today, I lead a normal life, with constant vigilance over everything I consume. Like many intolerant individuals, grocery shopping, dining out, or attending parties remains a real challenge.
Ten years ago, my father launched an e-commerce dedicated to allergen-free products. Despite facing strong competition, this experience paved the way for a new project. Today, with my parents, my mother an expert in adapted recipes and my father in entrepreneurship, we have created In’tolérance.
Our goal: to offer safe products, recipes, advice, and a genuine culinary experience for all those living with intolerances.
