Ingredients
- 250 g minced meat
- 250 g minced meat/2 onion(s) (except for those without fructose)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 clove of garlic (except for those without fructose)
- Herbs de Provence
- 1 tsp tomato purée
- ½ tin of tomato passata
- Gluten-free lasagne sheets
For the béchamel:
- 50 g cornflour
- 50 g plant-based butter
- 50 ml lactose-free milk
- Nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation:
For the sauce:
- Sauté the garlic and onion and add 250 g of meat. Then, cook until browned.
- Add the spoonful of tomato purée and the passata. Let simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
For the béchamel:
- Melt 50 g of plant-based butter.
- Add 50 g of cornflour.
- Mix until a paste forms.
- Gradually pour in 50 ml of lactose-free milk until the mixture thickens.
- Season with nutmeg, pepper, and salt.
For assembly:
- In an ovenproof dish, layer meat then a sheet of pasta. Then, cover with béchamel.
- Repeat the steps, finishing with the béchamel.
- Cover everything with grated cheese.
- Bake at 200° for 25-30 minutes.

- 2 eggs
- 2 natural yoghurts (1 yoghurt = 125g) or skyr
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Vanilla
- Butter for cooking

Preparation:
- Take a container to make your mixture.
- Add all the ingredients and mix until you have a smooth batter.
- Heat your pan over medium heat and let a small amount of butter melt.
- Pour the pancake batter according to the size you want and let it cook for about 2 minutes, depending on the power of your hob.
- Once nicely browned on one side, cook them on the other.
